alexb 9 Posted June 21, 2012 I am in the puréed stage but don't seem to get full easily. I can have about a half a cup with no problems. Is this normal? Refried Beans seem to be a-ok. I don't really feel a tightness in my chest or in my throat. Frozen yogurt is no problem. Hoping this is normal but wondering since I keep reading about people who get full off a few bites! iegal 460 Posted June 21, 2012 Measure everything. Some people do not get (or learn) a full signal right away. Just stick with the portion size.

Ya, as your food gets more solid, the quicker you will feel the full feeling. When I was on blenders, I could eat more than 4 oz. sometimes even 8 oz. (I've since been told to NEVER eat more than 1/2 cup of ANYthing at one time....) Once I got to solid food, especially Proteins like tuna or chicken or beef-- I got full on a LOT less. No worries. 1 PEvette reacted to this
