Singlemama 21 Posted June 19, 2012 I had my surgery yesterday morning and was supposed to go home today. They say I'm "borderline dehydrated" so I'll have to stay until tomorrow. That part confuses me though because I've been on nonstop fluids, drinking 1oz or more every 15 minutes, and my pee is practically clear! (sorry if tmi) my dad thinks they're milking the fact I've got two private insurances paying for all this. I just want to get home to my baby. How long were you in hospital?? Pennie 66 Posted June 19, 2012 I was in and out in less than 24 hours, but I didn't have any complications. I was given the option to stay another night if i wanted to, but I also wanted to get home to my babies!! I know it's hard to be away from your little one. But, it is also hard when you are home because you will really want to pick them up - but you can't! A healthy mom is coming soon! Congrats on your sleeve! Back~To~Amy 307 Posted June 20, 2012 I was in 2 nights. I had issues with pain control. I think it was finally under control as, when the doctor came in to see me about 7:30 pm on Wednesday, I was 100% convinced it was Thursday morning.
