Wow.. Dody, I know we have had our problems, but I just wanted to tell you that I think you're a very brave woman to go thru all you went thru this year in order to get your band.

Even when I want to eat poorly, it always reminds me that I *really* shouldn't do that. It does it's job and I 'm grateful.

I would enjoy hearing how people lose so much weight so quick. What do you eat? How much do you exercise? There's good and bad days, and the path changes, but the intent was to start the journey.
