Thanks, I was just coming out of a stall in all fairness, and I think the scale decided to catch up with the inches. Not sure if I can keep that rate up forever. But I will take it where I can get it. Everyone did so great. The numbers on the scale only tell part of the journey we are all going through. The real change happens within.
