Im 55yo and I'm battling a 5 week stall. It is so frustrating, especially since I have been following all the rules. Sleeved on 4/3 and have lost 38 lbs, any suggestions to break the stall?

I'm 62 and in the same situation. The doctor said to try upping my exercise and I have; still on the same plateau.

Excercising 5-5 days a week. So darn frustrating!

Losing slow as well....maybe menopause has affected our metabolism more than we thought. I am hanging in there and very committed, I try not to let it get me down and keep trying different strategies to get thru the plateaus. My surgery was 4/6. Currently doing low carb, under 40 grams with 70 grams of Protein and daily exercise.
