dawg 0 Posted August 30, 2006 I've been seeing some horrible performance from the site over the last two days. It was fine last night but when it's under heavy load it seems to slow down a lot. Do any of the mod's have any idea what is going on? I've seen forums slow down for many reasons (SQL Server configuration usually) but we don't seem to be under much more user traffic than usual. Meme 0 Posted September 29, 2006 You should try doing two workouts per day. I workout 45min. in the morning and 45min. at night. This will give your motabl. a fast bust. After my morning workout I wait 30min. then I have my Breakfast. I also workout before my dinner. Your body will have to pull energy from for fat and not from your cal. that you eat.
