refinnej 2 Posted June 15, 2012 I need some help. I am one week post op. I feel almost 100%. I've been at work since Monday. Half days but working. I'm on a full liquid diet and am having trouble getting all the sip sip sips of Water. I'm doing ok with the Protein Drinks and juice and broth but the water is killing me. It's too much. Is this ok? Will I get there soon? Also, the Vitamins. Geesh I feel like there are so many to take. They fill me up. I take 3 Calcium gummies, 2 multi Vitamin gummies, 1 flinstone with Iron and also a B12. I know I need them. I just am having a hard time getting them all in. They don't appeal to me yet. Is this ok and will it get better? I go back to the Dr on the 21 for my 2 week check up. I'm happy to say I'm down 11 pounds though. Woohoo. This is soooo exciting. Thank y'all in advance!
Cody0709 15 Posted June 15, 2012 I always have had a problem drinking Water, even before surgery. I drink crystal light, find it ones down easier and taste good also. Vitamins are very important, make sure ou take hem and have your blood checked 2 times a year.
Foxbins 625 Posted June 15, 2012 All the liquids I drank during the liquid stage counted toward the 64 oz goal I had--the broth, shakes, juice, sf popsicles, milk, etc. I drank hardly any plain Water. Maybe that's true for your plan as well? 1 iwannabslim reacted to this
