5DoxieMom 87 Posted June 14, 2012 Hi Jennifer. 60 lbs is a lot of weight to lose, you must feel way better with that gone! What was the number of lbs you were hoping to lose? It's not too late to get back on track. I've heard its harder, the further out you get from surgery, but the RN at my surgeon's office says the 'window of opportunity' is still open up to 18 months. Are you sticking to a healthy eating plan? Tell us a little more about what you're eating, and your exercise habits. Is there a support group that you can join? I am a very slow loser, over 3 months out, and only down 24 lbs....so I kind of understand. I eat right 99% of the time. My body is just very efficient at using what I give it. Have you gained any back?
