alliegb3 112 Posted June 14, 2012 I wake up hungry too. It's mostly because I work night shift and my body gets out of whack. When I wake up hungry I try Water or sugar free Jello. Gives me a bit of something without having to 'eat'
chitowngirl 886 Posted June 14, 2012 Wow...I wonder if it is more of a heAd hunger. Are you eating solid Proteins, they should keep you full for longer, also have you tried little miss divas boot camp. I would talk to your therapist and nutritionist. Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted June 14, 2012 Are you taking a PPI (nexium, prilosec, omeprazole)? I have trouble distinguishing my thrist from my hunger so I try to get some fluids down ASAP. I wake up every morning with some dehydration. You may be having gas which can make you feel like your hungry. If your not taking a PPI, then ask your surgeon if you can take a PPI. They are sold over the counter at pharmacies and drug stores. Increase your Water intake to help loose weight.
cmw10000 35 Posted June 14, 2012 Wow, that's great weight loss. I do not wake up in the middle of the night bu tin the morning I am hungry, time for a Protein Shake and coffee. Then mid morning I will have an egg or something. Maybe just keep a shake in the fridge ready to drink that way not to many calories and its good for you. tinkerbell123 7 Posted June 15, 2012 I had surgery on 3/2/12... Was at 256, now down to 212, I can't break my stall. But I know it's because I am eating too much. Once my food goes down, and I dont have that full feeling anymore, I find myself grabbing something else to eat because I feel hungry. I tried to drink more Water, but it doesn't seem to help. I feel like all I think about ALL DAY LONG is food! :-(

Blessed Mz 55 Posted December 28, 2013 Due to complications I was first sleeved in March of 2012 then 3 months later I had to have the bypass done. It's was rough healing wise but looking back, well worth it. With the sleeve I wasn't able to keep any thing down, throwing up constantly to the point I developed a hernia smh. Is been a long hard road but I'm better for it. Start weight 230, current weight 125. From a size 18 in plus to a 5 in juniors, I'm soo not complaining. The first 6 months of this journey had me feeling like I made a major mistake, I was miserable and depressed. But when I began to feel better I started to notice positive results and that motivates me to stay in the gym, and eat right. Still working on taking in more Protein, since now I'm working on toning and adding 10 pounds of pure muscle lol.
