Fibro

Does anyone have fibro. I'm in such pain because of this and other things I have such a hard time doing anything. Any ideas welcomed

My knee kills me on the right where I tore a meniscus. I was off Vitamins for a four day trip and when I came back and restarted vitamins it is markedly better. A friend who also had surgery thinks that vit d is what helps. I also have heard sleep problems make fibro worse maybe you have a sleep disorder as well? Any good luck!

I take 5000 of vit d . I have sleep ap I use a machine. And yes if I don't get at least 8 hrs of sleep it is worse. My date is the 18th. I'm off some of my pain meds till surgery. I have a hard time even walking
