What Would Happen If...

In all my time as a sleever, nearly 2 years, I have never done this; what would happen if for say 10 days, a person ate zero carbs? Or, as close to zero as is possible, say less than 10 grams a day. Basically lived off of Protein Shakes make with Water and plain Protein. 1 hour exercise per day. What would happen? Just curious.

I have no experience with that but I would have to *guess* that you would lose major weight. Carbs help to keep weight on us as far as I am concerned. I wasn't planning to eat anything but Protein and very low carbs once I heal. Maybe someone with experience will have a different take on this..?

I havent had a full 10 days of it, but ive been under 10 many times! Ive been low carb for almost a year... low carb being under 30...generally im either under 15 or over 50 (on days i cheat lol). I feel fine on those days. I dont think i could do Protein Shakes and stay under 10, id have to pretty much just eat meat.< /p>
