Why Can I Not Change My Photo?

Every time I attempt to change my photo, I update it and click done. It changes for a moment and then the second I switch to a different page, it switches back like I never changed it. Help please.

It took about 5 minutes and then updated. yay!

I had trouble with that, too! Mine didn't fix for 24 hours!
