kes74 3 Posted June 12, 2012 I feel as though I get bubbles in my throat when I lay down at night. They don't seen acidic in nature, but they are bothersome all the same. I often sit up to clear the way and breathe a little easier. Does this sound like a reflux scenario for other sleevers? I'm wondering if I should be seeking treatment or if it's something else. As always thank you for your responses....
PollyBlue 22 Posted June 12, 2012 Yep, reflux! It's a bummer. Ask your doctor about ppi pills to control it.
NancyJerry 139 Posted June 12, 2012 I agree. When were you sleeved? Some of that goes down as swelling goes down.

NancyJerry 139 Posted June 12, 2012 Almost 6 weeks post op and it just started a few days ago I'm just throwing suggestions....did you try some new foods, new quantities or larger bites/speed when eating? I hope it gets better for you. If you don't take one already, an acid reducer will help. I swear by Nexium.
