Hunger Feelings 3 Weeks Post Op

I am two days shy of three weeks post op. Post op has gone well and uneventful. Following all the rules to a tee. It seems as though I have hunger pangs about every 2-3 hours. Has anyone experienced this? Pre surgery I don't think I allowed myself to be hungry very often so maybe I'm confusing the feeling with another pot op phenomenon. Thoughts? Advice?

i had that too after surgery but it was mostly acid reflux and i was confusing the 2 sensations mainly because my mind kept saying it was time to eat and my body just couldnt.

I starved in the hospital after surg. But did not like any of the approved liquids. I got dehydrated and got very sick. I do get hungry but I have learned head hunger and true hunger.
