amberj 21 Posted June 9, 2012 orange juice is one of the best things to drink when your sugar drops. when I had gestational diabetes I bottomed out to the high 20's the dr office said to drink things with a high sugar content. But to be on the safe side, you should get it checked out to see if it will be a reoccurring issue and how to regulate it. best of luck on your journey!
