Well I finished day one of the three day liquid only. If you are a person who does not drink a lot of flavored water and gateraide then please be careful as it made me very sick. Nothing in my stomach now lol. Now I start day two which I hope will be better.

Well I am going to make a decision an have a mini Protein Drink this morning. Do not want another day like yesterday. Just scared that it will affect my liver and they won't do the surgery on Monday. Ugg
