Sorry I forgot to checkin last night had a sleep study. But nothing to report averaged under 1k calories per day and my bmr is 5000 and somehow I did not lose a pound well I think I'm retaining some Water it keeps fluctuating from 650-652. Right now its 652. Also began weight training hoping some of my lack in scale movement is because of muscle gain.

Thanks to everyone who played! This was alot of fun and I'm so proud of everyone for doing such a great job this week!

Unfortunately, I didn't think the whole thing through when I planned this so I won't be doing it anymore. If someone would like to take over,,I'm sure there's an easier way to organize it and keep track better.

There's the Saturday weigh in that was started by sleeve4me..you just weigh in,,no winner..I had done this because I needed a challenge but I didn't do any better this week than any other week.lol I did see a couple on here who did fantastic and broke stalls so that was well worth it.
