SleeveDreamer 383 Posted June 7, 2012 That's awesome. Keep it up! Try this on the treadmill recommended by my doctor: 1 minute at 2 mph, 5 minutes at 3 mph, and 1 minute at 4 miles an hour. Repeat four more times for a total of 35 minutes each day.
