Digestion Time?

I am wondering if anyone can enlighten me as to the digestion time of the average food after having the VSG process done. I know steak and other such foods are harder to digest and take a longer time. For example, potatoes... from eatting them and them hitting your stomach, how long until your stomach is empty again?
