GetNSkinny 1 Posted July 15, 2012 If we are forced to eat a fast food meal, I like to go to McDonalds and order a plain chicken breast with no bun or sauce. It's very low calorie, low carb, and high in Protein. I also buy in bulk and cook for the week. I found these steamer bags that you can cook a chicken breast in less than 10 minutes in the microwave. Easy meal there too! Hope that helps!
Catracks 865 Posted July 17, 2012 Taco Bell Pintos and cheese. About 99 cents I think. Sent from my iPad using VST The taco bell pintos and cheese is 4.5 oz. and cost .99. A 16 oz. can of Rosarita Beans is .99 usually at my market. The hot sauce and cheese maybe 3 cents more. Rosarita also make lard free vegetarian, fat free, jalapeno and the regular stuff. I'm still sticking to the fact that cooking at home always beats fast food in price, health and taste. How long to heat up a can of Beans? I bet I could beat the drive through guy. I know you were asking about fast food, but if time and money and health are factors then I offer this. I always add a little dollop of plain Greek yogurt too. Kicks up the Protein and tastes like sour cream to me. 1 Finding MeMe reacted to this
