kjntwins 59 Posted June 6, 2012 How many people like Unjury? I am going on a 3 month full liquid diet. I have not spoken with the NUT yet. But I was researching all of the Protein prowders. Unjury seems to be the best in reviews with the unflavor. How is the hunger pains? I am supposed to have a shake every 3 hours, no food , except sf Jello

kjntwins 59 Posted June 6, 2012 I am very nervous about this. Seems brutal too me. But due to medical problems, she belives this will be the best outcome. I also feel like I should lead myself up to it. Maybe replacing a meal with a shake one time a day for a couple days before going all in like this.
blondeej 111 Posted June 6, 2012 unflavored Unjury with Water (bottled works best so you can shake it) and a crystal lite packet/mio squirt. I got so used to them. It really isn't bad. Any you're tough, no way in heck would the majority of people be able to do 3 mo pre-op liquid diet!!!
kczar 166 Posted June 6, 2012 I personally like About Time. They have very few ingredients and are sweetened with Stevia. As someone else said, get sample packs from a bunch of different companies and figure out what you like. There is a pinned thread in the food and Nutrition section and gives the websites where you can buy the single packs. If you're interested in the ready to drink (I personally think they all taste of chemicals), GNC and Vitamin Shoppe carry a variety of brands. You can return anything you don't like. Good luck on the liquid diet program. You should probably invest in different things to add variety. sugar free syrups, pudding mixes and PB2 Peanut Butter powder all allow you to create new flavors from the basic chocolate and vanilla. To me, that's a lot more cost effective than buying a bunch of different flavor powders.< /p>
