Looking Ahead 239 Posted June 5, 2012 Has anyone tried Sensa and can you use it after the sleeve?
Patrick Curl 424 Posted June 5, 2012 The ingredients in Sensa aren't proprietary or anything - ie found in a lot of places. According to WebMD there's no Studies done - the company did a sponsored trial but that doesn't really say anything and those are easily tampered with. Truth be told after being sleeved you won't need any fad stuff like Sensa. I wouldn't waste your money, instead just work on getting a lot of Protein in and low calories/carbs. just my humble opinion. 4 Looking Ahead, kczar, sabstar22 and 1 other reacted to this

MGM 140 Posted June 5, 2012 If weight loss were available in such a form, the entire world would be a normal BMI! 2 Patrick Curl and FishingNurse reacted to this
Rootman 1,101 Posted June 5, 2012 Totally worthless snake oil, there are hundreds if not thousands of complaints against the company. The stuff doesn't work and the keep billing you direct even though asked to stop.

Looking Ahead 239 Posted June 6, 2012 I haven't had my surgery yet and didn't know if it would help make you feel full quicker. I was just curious.
SleeveDreamer 383 Posted June 6, 2012 Once you have this surgery, you will not need anything else to help you lose weight. 85% of your stomach is cut off, so you will definitely lose weight, and you no longer will have to diet or curb your appetite. Your stomach is so small, you will get full on just small amounts.
trojanchick 5 Posted June 6, 2012 I tried Sensa and wasted my money. I think I actually gained weight the month I used Sensa. I'm not even sure why they are allowed to market and sell that crap. Count your calories, set mini goals for yourself and allow your new tool (sleeve) help you along the way.
