SleeveDreamer 383 Posted June 4, 2012 Here is my Texas Caviar recipe that I love. It is full of Protein. It can be used with Lundberg's Rice chips (instead of tortilla chips and they taste awesome), or sometimes I just eat alone with a handful of little salad size shrimp or diced cooked chicken thrown in, or sometimes put a spoonful in a bell pepper cup or on a bed of lettuce. Very tasty.
