I have also taken to brushing my teeth a lot! It really does help.

We are building a new home right now so are currently living in a hotel/serviced unit. We have a teeny tiny kitchen area which has proved challenging since I have been out. I try and get out once a day at least for a good walk but it is winter here and pretty awful out. So it has been boring here, in our one room lol, and daytime television is really awful! Looking forward to getting back to work next Monday.
