Hmmmm, I gotta try salad more....I have a few nibbles here and there of Mr Yoda's (ie. a crouton!) but to be honest I'm a lil' fearful of trying the salad......I gotta get over that!

Now....milkshakes....omigawd.....Mr Yoda and I went out for lunch today and I ordered a milkshake and chili......I had a craving for a nice thick old fashioned chocolate milkshake and they did not disappoint. I figured I would treat myself..................mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm it was soooooooooooooo damn good!!! Mind you, I didn't eat any chili!!!!! Guess what I'm havin' for supper tomorrow night?!! LOL. Hey, milkshake is a meal in my book!

Okay you worry warts.....I have scheduled an appt for next Mon for a slight de-fill; apparently it isn't normal to vomit every night!!! (LOL)....(I knew that!). I'd get it sooner but because I want Dr. Y. to do it (vice the fill nurse) I need to wait until his office hrs next Monday.

My last fill consisted of .5 ccs, so I believe I'll have .25 taken out!
