AliveAgain 283 Posted June 2, 2012 Yes, whey Protein isolate is some of the best you can use. Brands like Unjury, Syntrax/Nectar, Isopure (GNC), etc. are very popular by users on this site. It's easily absorbed with our new tummies and you can get 20-40g depending on the drink. I buy the powder forms mostly and blend in a Blender Bottle with Water, ice, and dissoluble Fiber.< /p> It is very hard to get the 64oz in for most in the first week, sometimes even into the second week. The key is to try your best everyday and you will get there. Remember SF Jello and popsicles count as some Fluid, broths, milks, etc. I really enjoy Decaf and herbal teas, too.
