sillygirlmi 8 Posted June 1, 2012 I am having surgery on June 27th, I know that everyone is different, but, help me estimate what I could expect to lose before I am back to school after labor day! So, I am about 315 now, 5'6", 40 years old, wearing size 3X and 26W. How much weight? What sizes of clothes? I KNOW that everyone is different, but just looking for feedback. Webchickadee 716 Posted June 1, 2012 A slightly aggressive estimate would be 35 - 45 lbs, assuming no stalls and you doing some walking, with progression to more exercise as you heal further. And of course maintaining a high - Protein, low carb diet with lots of fluids! An estimate only! Based on about 8 weeks between surgery and start of school. kimmy*custis 276 Posted June 1, 2012 Hard to say but 35-45 is reasonable. I am 15 weeks out, down 64, 15 pre-op. I also have been at a stall for the last two weeks, so...hard to say for you but it all depends on how well you follow the protocal, walking, getting enough Water, Protein etc. Best of luck!
