Crystal Woods 193 Posted June 1, 2012 Hi everyone. I had my sleeve on 03/01/2012. My HW was 228, SW was 209, and my current weight is 155. The weight is falling off and I feel fantastic. I love my sleeve. I have no hunger. because of that I don't eat like I should I was maintaining around 300 to 400 calories per day but now I am swimming and jogging daily I am constantly showing negative calorie count for the day on myfitnesspal. I weigh and measure so yes I am sure the numbers are right. I don't want to eat so much my weight loss slows but I think it would come off faster and be healthier to eat more. I just don't want to get in the habit of eating if I am not hungry. Is anyone else dealing with this? Please don't think I am complaining. I am super happy with my progress.
