I got an infusion pitcher that I love. You put fresh fruit in a basket in the middle of the pitcher and it flavors the Water.< /p>

I like cucumber slices in my Water or lemon slices. Gives it a slightly different taste.

A lot of people are talking about that MIO that you can add to your Water.< /p>

It's a struggle for me to get my water in too, but I know how important it is so I just keep trying. SF popsicles and broths count toward your liquids too, I think.

Idk either, try crystal light or mio. I love the crystal light it gives sweetness w/o the sugar. Or you could try propel zero i like the strawberry kiwi &+ it has Vitamins in it as well.

I make a 2 gallon jug of Crystal Light Decaf Tea mixed with the CL Lemonade. I drink 2 glasses of that a day' date=' then I still get in 2-3 bottles of ice Water. I don't get my daily calories in, is my big issue. I am 3.5 months out, and I only get about 500 calories a day, because I simply am never hungry, and I can't force myself to eat. So, I basically live off Water, CL, and powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury.[/quote']

Thats exactly how i feel right now and am only two weeks out. I worry about getting all my calories in the future. I never feel hungry or full so im just trying to gage things. I just signed up for my fitness pal and it really helps you track your calories to make sure you get them in. Try checking it out girl!

I'm with you....I still drink plain Water if it's ice cold, but mainly crystal light or mio! Or I make iced Decaf tea and add a couple splendas. My dietician said thats fine. It's just important to get my 64oz in a day!

I can't stand plain Water anymore either, but instead of Crystal Light I use Mio. It is natural flavoring. I love the strawberry/watermelon flavor. Wal Mart sells the same thing in their Great Value brand for 1.00 less and tastes exactly the same.

I like MIO. They have good flavors and they taste great. There is a slight aftertaste. They are easy to carry around and take to restaurants.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
