B12: Irreversible brain damage

Calcium: Osteoporosis

Iron: Tired

I highly recommend taking the Vitamins. I put mine in a pill holder and keep them in my medicine cabinet. I take them when I brush my teeth and wash my face morning and evening.

My doctor says to make sure you take your Iron by it self. Lake at lunch time. The iron effects the absorption of the Calcium.< /p>
