Rosikah 2 Posted May 29, 2012 I'm 1 month yesterday and I feel like I'm eating too much. Today I tried shrimp cocktail of course only ate 2 shrimps but I did drink the tomatoe juice and avacodos, I just feel that maybe it wad too soon. Have you guys tried anything like this. Finding MeMe 204 Posted May 29, 2012 Honestly, at one month I was not thinking about solid food and at 4 months, I still hate solid meat. I was sticking to the pre-op diet because hard solid foods did not feel good going down. I also wanted to lose the maximum weight possible so I sticked with Soups and lots of protien shakes. I also made sure to exercise for at least one hour per day starting at my 2 week mark. I would recommend to get back to the basics and stay away from the solids for a while if you want to lose more. massindex 346 Posted May 29, 2012 I had the same thing about one month out. You didn't do anything wrong. Avocado is a good fat and shrimp is a perfect Protein. 22 pounds in 6 weeks is great.
