So far today, I've eaten two Pure Protein Bars and drank about 6 glasses of Water, plus two cups of Decaf coffee. I'm cooking chicken wings right now and will probably have some broccoli and cheese later. It's been a weird food day for me, possibly because I've been working on projects around the house.

Breakfast-Body fortress Protein Shake made with light silk. Lunch- A 2 oz grilled turkey burger wrapped in lettuce with a slice of cheese.< /p>

Memorial Day Breakfast:

1 serving Cilantro Lime Shrimp

1 large scrambled egg

Fresh basil

1 Tbsp Sabra Hummus

15 g fat/5 g carbs/32 g protein/293 calories

Memorial Day lunch

1.3 servings Teriyaki & pineapple chicken Meatball

1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt Dip w/Cucumber

1/2 serving Parmesan Garlic Popchips

15 g fat/18 g carbs/14 g protein/269 calories

breakfast- 2 bacon, 1 egg (separated by about an hour... but still)

lunch- plain greek yogurt mixed with unflavored Protein and Torani sugar free Syrup.< /p>

dinner- shrimp scampi :)

snack- land o lakes individually wrapped colby jack cheese

Very good day for me, though a bit low in cals.

Breakfast - .5 cup cream of rice with 3 T non fat dry milk and .5C non fat milk (10 grams of protein)

lunch - Lemon Oikos Youghurt and 1 C chicken broth with injury unflavored mixed in (35 grams of protein)

Breakfast: half scramble egg w/1ts of corn and onion.

2hr later a Protein shake

Right now i was trying to eat a half a burguer but was to heavy so i couldnt i did also try chili Beans but after 2 ts i started feeling sick so i did stop eating. Maybe was not a really good choices so nothing to eat till i feel better today.

My memorial day consisted of

Popsicles

chocolate unjury shake

Oikos Greek yogurt with honey

Cream of mushroom Soup

Mine has consisted of

New Direction chocolate with Fiber

New Direction strawberry

Propel 0 cal 0 carb Black Cherry

Decaff Peppermint Hot Tea

7 glasses of Water

In about an hour I will have dinner..

another Chocolate with Fiber - (chocolate Elmer's Glue)

I may actually have a sugar-free Popsicle a little later this evening

and another bottle or two of Water

@emily_0192010: I buy the Teriyaki & pineapple chicken Meatballs by Aidells at costco. They are very tasty and easy to prepare. I keep them in the freezer at work so I know I always have Protein readily available. Serving size is 3 meatballs,but I typically have 4. They come in a package of ~36 meaballs so I get quite a few meals out of them. Enjoy!!

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!

      Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

        Am feeling this right now. My surgery date is 4/1. Sign the consent tomorrow. I feel like I overloaded myself with too much info, too many opinions. Got to the point where I was wondering if I should do this. Then I thought of my reasons for taking this step and that settled my nerves. Still get moments of doubt but am striving forward. Am just going to follow my book from the surgeon. Joined this because I was told by my dietician that I should do this for support
