robin33 71 Posted May 31, 2012 I am supposed to start my preop on June 15. Think I will start it a week early. I have already given up soft drinks and replacing 1 or 2 meals a day with slimfast drinks. I have not bought any Protein Drinks yet but I know I need to. I saw someone with a quote the other day on this forum that said..."I no longer live to eat, I eat to live." I can't wait till my attitude changes! I see it slowly changing now. I am working on not drinking while I eat now. Man, that's the hardest thing. I don't drink too much when I eat, but I love a little sip. I find myself glued to this site trying to see how everyone is doing going through this operation. I know it's the right thing for me! I need to uncover my sewing machine and get to work sewing my granddaughters some clothes! I can't wait until I start taking up my fat clothes!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
