Day 4 Of 14 Pre-Op Diet

I am on Day 4 f 14, and I have lost 4 pounds so far. I bought the magic bullet - LOVE IT!! I am using the powder my surgeon sells in his office - a Bariatrics Best brand. It has 30g of Protein in each shake. I should be eating a low carb high protein dinner....not doing as good on that! I am a work in progress!!! I feel like I am doing so good for Breakfast and lunch - a little carbs for dinner isn't going to kill me....hence why I weigh 300 pounds!!

SO I will try harder this evening - hopefully get through the weekend okay.

4 lbs is awesome! See if you can't stick to low carb for dinner, though, because that's what really shrinks your liver. I know how hard that is, because man, there were times when I thought I could live on bread.< /p>
