Trouble With Consistency Of Intake - Any Advice

Hii,

Sleeved 4/18. I have only lost 12 pounds, but I was expecting slow weight loss. I am 38 yo, 5', SW:202, CW:190. I am ok getting in Protein and fluids, but I can't seem to get into a routine. Some days I can eat 3 oz at lunch and some days 1 oz. it is so hard to plan with such inconsistency. My surgeon told me that most people can eat more later in the day. Anyone else notice patterns?

I think it depends on how dense the food is meat seems to fill me up fast but say somethin the consistancy of refried Beans doesn't seem to stay in the pouch as long. My nut. told me to eat no more than 1/3C. each meal so I just measured everything that way most meals I still do i am 4months out. I am not sure I can hold more later in the day but I always want to eat more in the evening prob. from old habits!
