New To Forum

I was so happy to come upon this forum. I had surgery on May 7th. I am down a total of 27 lbs. I am just at the beginning of thus journey. Trying to figure out how I eat when I am just not feeling like it, trying to start exercising and also trying to not fall back into bad habits. I have been craving something (anything really) that is bad for me :-) I keep thinking maybe when I start sleeping again and learn how this all works it will go away (I am sure I am being crazily optimistic) can't wait to get to know you all and hopefully add my support. Thanks! And continued success to all!
