Gastricsleeve4me 186 Posted July 18, 2012 HiMy hair is falling so much I don't know what to do any help Unfiortunately, it is common and tough to avoid I understand. But there are some things you can try to do to try to minimize it or help it grow back a bit faster. How's your daily Protein intake? Are you taking Vitamins? Recommend adding Biotin and zinc to Vitamin regimen.
LouiseC 1,031 Posted July 18, 2012 Sleeved may 29th and have lost 57 pounds. Loving my sleeve. Eating a fairly normal diet now just no flour based products and rarely make it over 800 calories a day. Start weight 135.5 kilos, current weight 109.3 kilos. Life is good. Wearing a size 16 skirt today. Sent from my iPad using VST
Chimera 644 Posted July 19, 2012 A good tip I picked up from a vsg member in my hospital support group is to eat a wee little bit every two hours or so - I have weeks where I have the hungry rumblies in the little sleeve - this really helps - babybel cheeses do wonders lol. My surgery was 5/21 but I count my 8 weeks on Saturday which I will do on the 21st of every month. HW: 318 SW: 274 CW: 238 Down 36 since surgery - lost 44 pre-surgery. But this info is always in my sig Great job May sleevers! 1 lessofmeismore reacted to this

BoBann 42 Posted July 20, 2012 I am 8 weeks today and down 20 lbs... Was down 23 lbs and gained 3 lbs back. Plus 15 of those lbs were in the first 3 weeks prior to my first stall. I make my Water and Protein goals 90% of the time. I am trying my best to not to get discouraged. Will the weight eventually move faster or will it always be this slow??
