Barb7 0 Posted May 23, 2012 I have been trying to find a Protein supplement that does not cause stomach pain since last Aug. I finally found one . I can tolerate raw vegan protein. It has 16-18 protein per scoop with milk it would be 24-26 Proteins. Does anyone know if vegan protein is adaquate? Also Vitamins make me nauseous. I can take juice Plus, but am not sure if I will be getting all the daily requirements I need. I would like to schedule surgery this summer. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
