Well everyone it is hard to believe that it is almost 2 weeks post on Monday. Unfortunately due to not having anyone check up on me while I was recovering in Mexico I ran into a terrible infection which is under control now. So if you are going alone be sure that someone from the hospital is checking up on you. I was left alone from Wednesday until I flew home on Friday. Now I have a smile on my face but what a tough couple of weeks.

My goodness! Were you in a recovery house or hotel or something? I can't imagine being left alone for those 3 days =( What doc did you use?

Hi all! Checking in finally. I can't believe it's done. Overall, I'm doing good. Still rather sore and I just had my first bout of vomiting. Stupid chewable multivitamins! I'm sipping fine and keeping everything down except the Vitamin. I'm still working on my first 16oz but it's coming along. I was so glad to come home from the hospital. I was so tired and I wasn't allowed to sleep much. Damn vital signs checking every 3 hours, plus meds. Although sleeping at home wasn't much better but at least I didn't have someone checking my BP/temp/foley or poking me with a Heparin shot. Well, time to walk. Just wanted to check in and let everyone know I was alive and see how all my other June friends are doing.

Gosh, we have a long list next week....But guess what? I'm finally on that list! Yeah! Anyways since I am going to so busy next week with work and packing, wanted to wish all next week sleevers best of luck and I'll be praying for you daily! This week wraps up our June sleevers and we'll all be on the loser bench! I cannot wait.
