andi0120 41 Posted May 20, 2012 I'm 2.5 months post op and I remember feeling the same way. It gets better. I still get pains if I don't eat enough, eat to much or don't chew enough. It's all a learning process. I think of my sleeve as a new born baby's tummy. When you think about it we go through the same process and it's going to take awhile to figure out how to work it. I was actually a little paranoid my first month you couldn't tell me I didn't have a leak but after my leak test and talking with my doctor I started to realize there are going to be some uncomfortable moments. Just take it a day at a time and it gets better. My doc says if something doesn't feel right take a break and try again later but don't push it. Good luck 1 MyGastricSleeveLife reacted to this
BigCraig 87 Posted May 20, 2012 I am 2 months out and got the lucky sliming ordeal, I get the hurt feeling sometimes in my chest too, it feels like it won't go down or come back up, this is followed by uncontrollable clear mucus coming out. My Dr said it is normal in some people. Lucky me???

My Dr said it is normal in some people. Lucky me???[/quote'] Yes i just recently experienced that disgusting. It usually occurs if I eat to much and i end up vomiting. I'm learning not to push myself bad habit from being being an overeater even when I'm full my brain tells me yes. But the vomiting is definite a great way to deter overeating lol. Right now chicken is not my friend and i get slime every time i eat it yuck!
