Tattoodmom 6 Posted May 20, 2012 I yesterday was the first time since anesthesia(2 months ago today) that I vomited. I ate two bites of a turkey burger no bread just patty and that was it. It came back at me. Now I'm a little worried as I haven't been able to eat really all day. I did get in some cheese and yogurt and a few cooked carrots. Should I go back to liquid for a few days? I kept down my Protein Shake and all my Water so far today and it is about 1030 here. Anybody have any thoughts?

ShannonH 34 Posted May 20, 2012 I've had to go back to full liquids a few times. Last week a had a bad run in with 2 pieces if sushi, and was on brothers the next few weeks. Do what's comfortable to you. Listen to your body, it knows best. Good luck!
Lissa 2,631 Posted May 20, 2012 My doctor suggests moving back a stage for a day or so anytime you have a problem with a food. So, if you're on solids, move back to soft foods or mushies for a day. If you're on mushies, move back to full liquids for a day.
