Has anyone used coconut sugar as a sweetener? I HATE splenda, sweet n low, anything with aspartame! Just wondering if this is a healthy substitute since it is in my Peanut Butter powder and I love it. Thanks!

Never heard of it...Where can you find it? Have you been using it? How much sugar is in it?

Both my son and I have celiac and can't have gluten, we use a lot of coconut flour- it's sweeter. I haven't used the sugar, but for baking the flour is yummy! I will look for it, I am not sure of the carbs though

Truvia is a brand of Stevia. Stevia is a plant. You can get it at Walmart, but I just buy Stevia.
