Kiki Green 20 Posted May 18, 2012 Has anyone used coconut sugar as a sweetener? I HATE splenda, sweet n low, anything with aspartame! Just wondering if this is a healthy substitute since it is in my Peanut Butter powder and I love it. Thanks!

missmachine 100 Posted June 19, 2012 Never heard of it...Where can you find it? Have you been using it? How much sugar is in it?
sleevemeup 41 Posted June 19, 2012 Both my son and I have celiac and can't have gluten, we use a lot of coconut flour- it's sweeter. I haven't used the sugar, but for baking the flour is yummy! I will look for it, I am not sure of the carbs though
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted June 25, 2012 Truvia is a brand of Stevia. Stevia is a plant. You can get it at Walmart, but I just buy Stevia.
