Ann F Seven 3 Posted May 18, 2012 Hello, does anyone else have the problem of inability to distinguish being hungry from full, I feel the same way and have discovered I have to measure my food in order to know if i have had enough or need more. How do you take care of this?
Lissa 2,631 Posted May 18, 2012 You're already doing it. Measuring your food is a good idea until you can do it by eye. Your full signal will come back, although it may take a while. Good luck!!
Ann F Seven 3 Posted May 19, 2012 Thank you Lissa. I just expirienced a food intolerance I think, vomiting and horrible indigestion for iceberg lettuce and onions. Has that happened to you at all.
clk 3,519 Posted May 20, 2012 Lettuce is very hard on a lot of people. I wasn't able to eat it until after six months. Sometimes it still bothers me if I eat too much! Measuring your food is a great way to be accountable. Your full signal should come back. It might be different than your old signals. For me it's a runny nose or the hiccups. If I pass that I feel ill. ~Cheri
