rodswife 155 Posted May 18, 2012 Are you about to get your period? Are you retaining Water? I go up and down a few pounds constantly. Don't worry about the scale, take your measurents. They are more accurate.
daly contreras 39 Posted May 18, 2012 I think that is what it is cause I am going to get my period like in 2 days
rodswife 155 Posted May 18, 2012 I think that is what it is cause I am going to get my period like in 2 days Then most likely it is bloating and Water retention. Don't worry, it will go away after your period along with a few more.
minaleigh 95 Posted May 18, 2012 You could also be still in the throes of the inevitable 3 week stall. You're a month out, but you could have started the stall at 3 weeks out. Mine lasted about a week and a half. That could be why, as well.
Lissa 2,631 Posted May 18, 2012 A 2 pound gain is nothing. You could be retaining Fluid because of TOM or just because. Especially when you're being weighed with clothes on, it's tough to get an accurate weight. Maybe you have on heavier clothing or jewelry. I don't really worry about what the scale says at the doctor's office, except for my WLS surgeon because he has a fancy dancy scale that measures body fat, too. I like my pulmonologist's scale, though. His always weighs me a couple of pounds less than I really weigh! LOL
