Ive been on my 10 day pre op diet and yesterday and today have had diarhea... it looks bright yellow. I am wondering if my system is cleaning itself out or what, I know it sounds weird but I am starting to over analyze everything as I have surgery on Monday (self pay Mexico).

nothing to worry about. Crap comes in all colors shapes and textures. When you put weird stuff in your stomach that it's not used to it saying " ha up there, what's this crap your giving me" and it shoots it right back out. Did you know, If you eat a hole bag of oreo Cookies your poop turns black. Just a little FYI. :-)

^^^ I'm sad and a little ashamed to admit that I did know that about a whole bag of Oreo's....
