I am so sorry, I cant imagine how that must hurt. I hardly ever sneeze so I was lucky!

When i had just gotten home from the hospital when I broke my ribs...I was sitting on the sofa and I actually sneezed and burped at the same time...I thought my chest was going to explode!!...I feel for you...hang in there.

make sure if you can press a pillow against your tummy...it will help some...
