So I start my pre-op diet on Monday, May 22. It's 5 shakes or protien bars a day with one actual meal and at or under 1200 calories each day... Any help words or advice...

stay strong!

keep a list of WHY you are having VSG surgery so when you see/smell trigger foods you have immediate support.

oh- and dont watch the food Network channel- that Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show gets me EVERY time! :)

My pre-op was only 650 calories. I did mostly shakes. They surprisingly kept me full for the most part. Just try to stick to the plan!

Diners, drive-ins, and dives is my food porn! :P I love to watch it. But Since I'm such a picky eater I know I would never eat most of that stuff. Plus that would require alot of traveling.
