Hi all,

I am a newbie.. 16 days post op.. still on liquids.. about two days ago I developed this feeling like a lump in my throat, like I need to cough it up or swallow but nothing is there... I am just post op so no fills... everything is going down ok, Water, Soups etc but this feeling will not go away.. It does not hurt, just very irritating... Has anyone ever has this and if so, what do I do? I have left a msg for my doctor and will wait to hear from him on Moday.. Thanks so much.

Are you sure it's not just your new feeling of fullness? I had a pressure kind of feeling for the first couple of weeks and it was fullness mixed with swelling. I'm glad you called your doctor, let us know how you're doing!

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
