I feel silly asking this but I can't find the answer anywhere!

If my first visit of the 6 month stupervised diet was Feb 21, would the July visit count as the last one? Or is it "7" visits therefore August would be the last...

Basically you will need six weigh ins spaced in intervals of 30 days from each other.
