I'm 4 weeks post opt . So for lunch today I decided to eat Wendy's chilli. It went down really well although, my focus was on eating the Beans (protein) and less beef. So let's keep our fingers crossed. By the way in my first month I've lost 27.5 pounds!!!!! In my Tony The Tiger Voice

I tried it and I had to add chili powder and cayenne to it. The Beans and meat are nice, but it's so bland.
